Senior Sales & Membership Consultant (Community + Performance) This is a sales role — but it’s also about people, energy, and community. We’re recruiting for a high-performing fitness club in Elsternwick, looking for a Senior Sales & Membership Consultant to lead the front-of-house experience and drive membership growth. This isn’t a transactional sales environment. You’ll be: Meeting people at the start of their fitness journey Helping them feel comfortable, confident and supported Building relationships that turn into long-term members Creating an environment where people want to come back — and bring others with them Yes, there are targets. The Role You’ll be the face of the club and the energy at the front desk. Own the full member journey – enquiry → appointment → tour → join Welcome every person who walks in and create a strong first impression Run tours that are engaging, personal and memorable Follow up leads consistently and build genuine relationships Reconnect with past members and keep the community engaged Support club promotions, events and campaigns Step into leadership responsibilities when needed What Success Looks Like Strong conversion rates and consistent sales performance High engagement with members and prospects A welcoming, energetic front desk environment Members who feel connected, supported and excited to be part of the club About You You bring both energy and intent. You enjoy working with people and building genuine connections You’re confident in sales and comfortable asking for the close You bring energy, urgency and consistency to your day You’re motivated by targets, KPIs and achieving results You take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do You’ll ideally have 1–3+ years’ experience in a sales or KPI-driven role, with a proven ability to convert enquiries and work towards targets.
