We have an excellent opportunity for a property professional to join our market leading Bearsden team. This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent agent and promote our award-winning Best Estate Agent Guide 2025 service.
We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, personable, very commercially aware and who will take a pro-active and flexible approach with all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate must have estate agency sales negotiator experience and a proven track record in residential sales. They will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Acting as the point of contact for sales clients, responsible for skilfully negotiating property sales from initial launch through to conclusion of missives and settlement, the role will be primarily client experience focused as we look to deliver an exceptional estate agency service and achieve fantastic sales results for our clients.
The role will also encompass assisting the branch Area Manager in all senior sales duties and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their estate agency career.
