Pennell & Partners Estate Agents are one of the area’s leading independent estate agents with offices in Whittlesey & Peterborough and due to expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator who will work with our fantastic residential sales team in Whittlesey. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to expand on their sales skills and become part of our busy, friendly & professional team. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has estate agency sales experience who wants to develop their career further.
The ideal person will need to be pro-active, a self starter, organised, and enjoy working in a busy environment.
The Key responsibilities for this role will be:
- Registering buyers and sellers and adding their details to our data base and keeping a close contact with them throughout their search.
- Organise and book property viewings and carry out accompanied viewings and property visits
- Organise and book property valuations with potential vendors
- Negotiate offers and sales with our vendor’s best interests in mind
- Achieve targets within our KPIs
The ideal Candidate should be able to demonstrate the following skills:

· Professional personal presentation and conduct
· Demonstrate their ability to work in a target driven environment
. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented

· Full UK driving license and car owner
· The ability to prioritize their work and have a structured way of thinking and is IT literate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
