Role: Senior Residential Sales Negotiator
Client: Leading Boutique Sales Agency
Essentials: 4+ years’ residential sales experience; Full Driver’s Licence; PSRA Licence
Location: South Dublin office (parking provided)
Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
Package: Commission; Pension; Phone; Mileage; Bonus structure; Quarterly social events
Our client, a Leading Boutique Sales Agency based in South Dublin, is seeking a Senior Residential Sales Negotiator to join its expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to take ownership of the residential department, grow a client base, and step into a leadership role in the near future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Residential Sales & Negotiation: Manage a portfolio of residential sales instructions across South Dublin and Dublin City Centre; conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress deals through to completion.
  • Client Service & Relationship Management: Deliver excellent customer service to buyers and vendors; maintain strong client relationships and uphold the agency’s reputation for professionalism and results.
  • Business Development: Drive new business opportunities and expand the residential sales pipeline; build relationships across Dublin 18, Dublin 16, South County Dublin, and parts of the City Centre.
  • Marketing & Local Engagement: Actively contribute to marketing campaigns, networking activities, and community engagement to strengthen brand presence.
  • Department Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to develop the residential division; mentor junior staff and support the building of a future residential team.
  • Strategic Growth: Provide market insights and contribute to long-term strategic planning to support the agency’s expansion.
