We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant/Valuer who is wanting to join a busy, dynamic Estate Agent based in our busy Guildford branch.
Bourne Estate Agents are a fully independent business which has quickly built up an enviable and ever-growing network of branches across Surrey and Hampshire.
Working as part of a highly successful team, you’ll be helping to deliver a market-leading service to our sellers and buyers, through outstanding customer service and business development. The role would suit an experienced Senior Consultant who is looking for a fresh challenge or their next move into a more Senior Role. However, we are also happy to consider Sales Consultants with some industry experience who are looking for a new opportunity in a busy team.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with vendors, buyers and third parties
  • Arranging & attending viewings
  • Gaining buyer feedback and discussing with vendors
  • Dealing with offer negotiations
  • Registering applicants over the phone and loading onto property software
  • Maintaining an active buyer database
  • Business generation activities such as leaflet dropping & call outs
  • Upsell additional services
  • Working to targets, self-managing KPIs and working on areas for improvement such as conversion rates
  • Booking valuations
  • Assist with taking new properties on to the market, including property listings, photos and floorplans
  • Training towards property valuations
  • Focusing on the customer journey to enhance our client experience
