We are looking for a driven individual to join our Sutton branch.

KEY SKILLS

  • Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills
  • Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with team members, other colleagues, clients and agents
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Knowledge of the local area and property market
  • Excellent negotiating skills and rapport building skills
  • Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure
  • Good time management and ability to prioritise workloads
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Experience in the industry is desirable but not essential.

In return we offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £30,000 - £40,000per annum
  • Up to £25,500 basic (including car allowance) depending on experience

ROLE

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in our Your Move branch located in Sutton. The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their Vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants and are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service. We are looking to recruit someone that’s ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service. This role offers career progression and a chance to excel at the top end of the property industry.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Accompany viewings with applicants
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries from applicants and landlords
  • Register enquiries and arranging appointments
  • Follow up enquiries
  • Negotiating offers
  • Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
  • Dealing with sales progression
  • Gain market appraisals
  • Keeping records of all activity
  • Sell all company services strongly to generate new and repeat business
  • Demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
  • Offer a first class level of customer service at all times
