MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree; relevant graduate degree preferred.
  • 2-3 + years of pharmaceutical Industry experience
  • Experience working with IQVIA® (US) or similar data sets focused on pharmaceutical products. Examples include Xponent, DDD, Claims, Onekey, Internal Chargebacks and specialty pharmacy datasets.
  • Experience building in POWER BI®, IQ20/20 or Tableau data dashboarding experience preferable
  • Alteryx® data processing experience preferred
  • Experience working with Python® would be useful
  • Expert-level Excel skillsets, including pivot table and flat-file data processing
  • 2-3 + years of Incentive Compensation / Sales Operations/ Analytics/Call Planning reporting with pharmaceutical manufacturer or vendor/consultant company servicing the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Project Management Experience
  • Experience working in a cross functional environment, partnering with individuals across functional areas and at several levels within the organization.
  • Partners effectively with NorAM IT partners on analytics initiatives and implementations.
    Travel: This position is currently classified as “Remote” but will require ~6-7 annual POA, National sales meeting or Training business trips per year. Home office is in Bridgewater, NJ and may require home office travel periodically.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations role will partner will need to demonstrate project management skills and be an effective liaison between the business partners and the analytics team while also including vendor partners, such as IQVIA. They will also need to work well independently but partner effectively with key commercial stakeholders.

  • As a primary contact to the business and sales leadership, the role will support overall sales analytics reporting, product reporting and data processing and dashboarding initiatives (POWER BI) while striving to provide valuable commercial and field sales insights through data reporting.
  • Role must partner effectively with CRM / Veeva operations leads on call reporting and field activity to performance analysis
  • Will support Sales operations special projects and initiatives
  • Support Incentive Compensation analysis and reporting as directed by Manager, Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with external vendor and internal operations analyst / team members to support successful IC plan reporting accurate and on-time delivery of incentive compensation payments.
  • Function as subject matter expert on IQVIA data sets and field analytics reporting.
  • Provide periodic training to field sales teams on reports and field analytic initiatives.
  • Support change management projects involving new data integrations, reports, POWER BI dashboard creation and operations processes.
  • Role will be field reporting focused for Oncology / Immunology field sales teams, while also supporting Ad-hoc commercial data requests
