Reporting to the Head of Sales & CS Operations, the Senior Sales Operations Analyst will be a strategic partner to sales leadership, taking ownership of sales forecasting, pipeline health, and process optimization. This remote role is part of the Sales Operations team and plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Own and continuously improve our pipeline reporting and forecasting partnering closely with sales leadership (BDR, Strategic Alliances, Channel Partnerships, Public Sector Sales) to ensure accuracy and insight.
  • Analyze pipeline health and implement strategies to maintain high-quality opportunities across the funnel.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business trends.
  • Lead and execute cross-functional projects that enhance sales processes, tooling, and data integrity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Salesforce, collaborating with admins and enabling the sales team with efficient processes and system enhancements.
  • Standardize reporting and analytics to support internal business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic planning.
  • Provide proactive insights and recommendations to optimize territory planning, quota setting, and incentive design.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:

  • Forecast accuracy maintained within ±5% across quarters
  • 90%+ of pipeline consistently meeting hygiene standards (stage, close date, value accuracy)
  • Sales team satisfaction score of 4.5+ for analytics and reporting tools
  • Delivery of 2+ strategic analytics projects per quarter
  • Reporting tools adopted and used consistently by 90%+ of sales leadership
