The Role The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will partner closely with the METCA Leadership Team and support the METCA field sales teams by delivering high-quality analytics, operational rigour, and strategic insight. You will play a key role in driving forecasting accuracy, improving sales productivity, and ensuring strong operational cadences across the region. This role operates in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving sales environment and requires exceptional analytical capability, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will work collaboratively not only with in-region sales teams, but also with EMEA, APJ, and US Corporate Operations teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the business. What You'll Do Serve as a strategic trusted partner to the EMEA Theatre Sales Operations Leader and provide operational support to the METCA AVP, District Managers, and field sales teams. Support and continuously improve the forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes across the EMEA theatre. Drive sales excellence, ensuring field teams are properly trained and consistently enabled on quoting, booking, forecasting, and process best practices. Collaborate with sales leadership and theatre operations to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance overall sales productivity. Maintain high levels of SFDC hygiene, ensuring data quality, completeness, and compliance with global standards. Partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Finance, and Regional Ops teams to ensure smooth order processing and approvals. Work closely with other Operations Analysts across EMEA to share best practices, drive standardisation, and maintain operational consistency. Participate in process optimisation, automation initiatives, and system enhancements to support scale and efficiency. Track and report on sales performance across districts, segments, and business categories with accuracy and clarity. What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets. Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred. Strategic thinking and strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations. High level of proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint), SFDC, and Clari. Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred.
