Your strengths

• You bring several years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Process Management.
• You have in-depth practical CRM experience, ideally with HubSpot or Dynamics, and you work analytically, think in terms of KPIs, and can confidently classify reporting and forecasting.
• Your strong sense for processes, structures, and scalable ways of working sets you apart.
• You can explain complex issues in an understandable way and bring different stakeholders together safely.
• You have very good German skills at C2 level and very good English skills.
