Pergolux is redefining outdoor living with premium pergolas and accessories sold across 13 markets. We blend high-performance e-commerce with high-touch sales, and we’re scaling fast towards our ambitious FY26 revenue goal.
We’re now looking for a Senior Sales Operations Manager to join us in Berlin and architect the processes, capacity models, and cost discipline that will make our growth machine unstoppable.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Build a high-efficiency sales engine – optimise funnel performance, shorten cycles, and improve revenue per rep.
  • Run sales capacity planning – balance FTE, part-time, and BPO resources across markets and time zones.
  • Monitor and optimise sales cost & CAC – help manage the P&L line item ROI delivery of sales teams globally.
  • Forecast with precision – lead bottom-up forecasts using data, capacity models, and market insights.
  • Align across functions – partner with Marketing, Finance, Enablement, and Customer Service to deliver seamless buyer journeys.
  • Scale best practices – implement repeatable, data-driven processes that can be rolled out globally.
