• Interface management : Bundling and harmonizing all sales communication between field staff, specialist departments and headquarters across four countries.
• Stakeholder & Meeting Management : Preparation, execution and follow-up of sales meetings, executive calls and international best-practice formats
• Sales Enablement : Conceptual design and further development of the onboarding framework for regional managers to specifically shorten the training period.
• Requirements management : Analytical evaluation and prioritization of sales-related input from the field, as well as its integration into the relevant specialist streams.
