BASIC REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven track record in identifying sales trends and recommending growth initiatives and risk mitigation strategies.
Experience in developing and executing annual sales plans and tracking performance.
Proficiency in project management tools, Salesforce or similar CRM systems, and data analysis tools.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills need to work cross-functionally.
Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, global environment.
Innovative mindset focused on process improvement and adopting AI and other technologies.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT:

As a Senior Sales Partner in the Commercial Enablement & Growth team, you will be accountable for the development and execution of commercial initiatives that drive top-line growth and enhance customer value. This role will manage a team of people with the responsibility of prioritizing and delivering on the needs of the Sales leaders and sales teams you support ensuring they are enabled to meet their objectives. Your ability to quickly and accurately diagnosis business challenges and prioritize new initiatives and tasks while delivering and implementing the ongoing needs of the teams will be crucial in driving success.
Partner with the SLT for your business area to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive top-line growth and enhance customer value.
Serve as subject matter expert for sales process & cycle, accounts management/coverage, growth dynamics, performance reporting and data utilization.
Support the sales planning process and all efforts around organizational design to optimize the operating model and ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts.
Empower the sales team through comprehensive enablement initiatives, promoting awareness and adoption of tools, resources, education resources, and best practices.
Partner cross-functionally to identify and provide data-led insights to drive efficiency and growth in collaboration with the business line leadership teams.
Manage a team of people to prioritize and deliver on the needs of the sales teams while developing new processes and analysis to enable performance.
Deliver regular revenue and sales analysis supporting business/sales reviews and forecasts with a focus on identifying & escalating potential opportunities and risks.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and provide insight on key performance indicators, market headwinds/tailwinds, and sales performance metrics.
Develop and lead change initiatives to maximize effectiveness.
Compensation/Benefits Information: (This section is only applicable to US candidates)
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,093 to $136,600. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
