JOB DESCRIPTION:

Working as a Sales Program Execution Manager, you will be responsible for executing product, sales process, or operational changes in support of sales and field efforts. You will recommend changes to policies, establish procedures and communicate to the field.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in project planning/project management
  • Ability to communicate clearly

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 or more years of sales operations experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
  • Knowledge of AT&T Point-of-Sales systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, problem resolution, and follow-up skills
Responsibilities
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals
  • Coordinates efforts across all sales channels, with other carriers, and with vendors to ensure successful program implementation
  • Works on issues of diverse scope, analyzing current situation or data with multiple factors, including an understanding of current business trends
  • Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team
  • Manages coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing
  • If position is located at HQ, the following responsibilities may apply:
  • Fully understands and uses knowledge of FCC porting guidelines and other porting standards in performing all job tasks
  • May be responsible for monitoring porting processes at other carriers and raise concerns to those carriers
  • May represent AT&T at industry forums and ensure that our best interests are protected and our positions are presented in those forums
  • This position is responsible for a functional area
  • May have budget responsibilities
  • This is not a supervisory position
    Our Sales Program Execution Managers earn between $96,000 - $144,000 + 11% bonus opportunity. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
