We are looking for a Senior Real Estate Specialist Sales for the DACH region to join our Asset Management business. This person will be responsible for real estate specialist sales execution primarily in Germany and the wider DACH region. The role reports into the Head of Real Assets Distribution (based in London) collaborating with 3 other real asset specialist sales professionals based in London and Paris, EdR Real Estate Investment Management (REIM) as well as with the German and DACH institutional sales teams.
He / She has in-depth real estate experience and relevant sales and relationship management skills to DACH Institutional Investors - and detailed real estate and general product know-how with regards to the distribution of investment solutions and execution of investor commitments to funds and mandates.

Responsibilities
  • Identify REIM target prospects for the DACH region according to a detailed action plan for the Institutional market:
  • Identify potential clients and approach by (cold) calling
  • Develop account plans for key clients & prospects and execute implementation
  • Expand & maintain existing client relationships
  • Identify and defend at-risk business
  • Special attention is to be paid to keeping a high level of activity with prospects
  • Introduce Edmond de Rothschild REIM`s full range of investment products and structures
  • Drive and close sales for Edmond de Rothschild REIM strategies suitable for the local market
  • Close collaboration with EdR REIM, real asset specialist sales and local sales team to support the development/tailoring of individual fund structures for institutional clients
  • Together with Client Services, coordinate the onboarding of new fund investments and dedicated mandates
  • Actively collaborate with the marketing team to drive marketing efforts such as campaigns and events. Support the organization of events and play an active role at these events
  • Explore clients’ new investment needs and sell further solutions/add new assets to existing relationships
  • Collaborate with REIM product development and real estate specialist sales on new strategies and product providing continued feedback on the respective market requirementsPROFILE
  • Bringing along an existing network of institutional relationships is a must for this role. A plus would be further international institutional client experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in real estate specialist sales with a tangible fundraising track record
  • A collaborative and teamwork orientated mindset is a must for this role
