SALES PARTNER REP - CENTRAL / EAST EUROPE WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are in search of a Nike Partner Representative to join the Access Partner Team Market at EHQ. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retailers based in Central and Eastern Europe (Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Czech Republic, and Hungary). You will need to make the right decisions in the marketplace to create the future of Nike by elevating the consumer experience and driving results through partnerships with the main CEE accounts. We are looking for someone who thinks strategically, can lead business with diverse partners, land the seasonal stories with right assortments for targeted consumers, manage complaints, act with courage, be an effective standout colleague with a positive influence. In this role, you will need to embrace & lead change within the organization and with our partners. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Develop seasonal assortments based on frameworks delivered by merchandising. Ensuring seasonal product flow and optimize in-season trading and replenishment to maximize the accounts results. Plan your accounts business: forecasts and scenario plans for the account using category, consumer, partner, brand and marketplace knowledge. Manage the partner and the marketplace: Ensure best presentation of stories and products at your account (digital & B&M) aligned with the One Nike Marketplace strategy. Build a premium seamless consumer experience, scaling online-to-offline. Obsess product launch journeys across Account platform ecosystem. Contribute to net revenue growth and net contribution of your account by managing the end-to-end business with your accounts. High standard to partnership management, supporting commercial CFOP goals independently and contributing to collective team performance. Collaborate on partner experience at sell-in and co-own the E2E experience for your showroom to bring excellent partner sell-in experience to life. Ensure recurring and consistent representation, presence, and collaboration with partner/buyer in the market at retail (retail visit, staff training, competitor knowledge…) where relevant and within T&E budget. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH In this role you will report directly to the Partner Director, EAST. You will join a team of 6 other Partner Reps focusing on different Field of Plays (Football, Running, Kids etc.) and partners. As the Partner Rep, you will work closely with Operations, Merchandising, Planning, Finance and Marketing teams and driving cross-functional alignment. And you will work very closely with Nike Partners in Central and Eastern Europe. WHAT YOU BRING 2+ years of commercial experience in one or more fields: Sales Account Management, Business and Retail Planning, Account Merchandising. Partner management at buyer level: Selling, consulting, negotiation, setting and achieving seasonal targets based on key retail KPI Operations and Logistics Experience, long lead countries specifics is a plus. Retail and business planning: Leveraging data, to drive retails sales, to optimize Inventory & gross margins and maximize Nike and retailer business; experience of creating partners scorecards. Merchandising: creating account assortment based on consumer needs FOPs guidelines. Ability to work with and to coordinate the main steak holders across the main functions within Nike and retailer (such as operations, logistics, planning, finance and marketing). Ability to drive change and lead business decisions by using analytical, commercial skills and marketplace knowledge. Flexibility to travel to Central European marketplaces to understand partners business, markets and build productive cooperation with key partners. Central Europe and EAST IMP knowledge is a plus.
