Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Associate, you’ll lead real estate transactions involving high-value properties, taking ownership of the sales cycle from start to finish. Your work will be pivotal in building lasting client relationships, closing major deals, and shaping our reputation as a trusted and forward-thinking real estate partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in ongoing coaching and daily development sessions to sharpen your skills and stay competitive
  • Leverage effective sales strategies to expand your client base, boost retention, and increase conversion rates
  • Monitor industry trends, buyer behavior, and market shifts to inform decision-making and maintain a competitive edge
  • Identify areas to improve internal processes, contributing to team efficiency and overall performance
