Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in medical devices with a focus on fillers and energy-based devices for the aesthetics and medical fields. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our innovative product portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in medical device sales, preferably with laser devices in the aesthetics/medical field.
  • Strong understanding of Laser, RF technology and its applications in healthcare and aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Hands-on experience with energy-based devices used in aesthetic treatments or medical procedures.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape and compliance requirements in the medical device industry.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote fillers, energy-based devices and other skin care products to healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to clients on the use and benefits of energy-based devices.
  • Work with KOL to organize and coordinate training workshops on filler injections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in aesthetics treatment and technology.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and workshops to network and showcase products.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to management.
