Job Description
Accountable for creating and implementing a successful sales strategy within the Sales Department; implementing marketing strategies to meet/exceed sales/profit targets and for developing an effective plan to achieve the company’s financial/operational goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • 100+ client touchpoints per day (Phone Call, Email)
  • Work with BD Manager to coordinate sales approach for strategic and/or contractual clients.
  • Take advantage of our well-maintained CRM to identify and call on THOUSANDS of open prospects that will be available to you!
  • Develop and implement an effective marketing strategy to increase sales and maximize profits by evaluating potential of client base, developing new accounts and increase revenue of existing accounts through telephone, email, and outside sales activities.
  • Maintain relationships with key clients to ensure successful growth of accounts, leverage referrals, and consistently go above and beyond in your service efforts.
  • Call on qualified prospects to gather information regarding their needs, current practices, expectations, and develop these prospects into clients.
  • Increase sales of services by staying on top of and aware of customers’ changing requirements.
  • Make forecasts of anticipated sales for budgetary & management planning.
  • Maintain written & electronic records of all client sales activities and follow-up requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of recruitment, sales, or related experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Coachable with a relentless nature, and ability to be a team player is crucial
  • A winning attitude, winning personality, and very strong written and verbal communication
  • Someone who can capitalize on a rare opportunity in sales to get in early with a high growth startup company that leads in its field, and a burning desire to work hard and quickly grow and secure a healthy six figure annual compensation.

Base Salary - $60,000/year to $70,000/year depending on experience.
Commission – Realistic pathway to earn $40,000/year to $60,000/year+ in commission in first year!
OTE - $100,000 - $140,000+ in first year– commission is UNCAPPED.
