  • Minimum 3 years of commission-based sales experience Documented track record of successful closing (you will be asked to prove it) Willingness to build your own book, not rely on lead-fed systems Familiar with Zoom, CRM, follow-up systems, and managing your own pipeline Professional presence, excellent communication, and confidence working with high-net-worth clients
