Description JOB DESCRIPTION DATE: January 2026 POSITION: Senior Sales Representative REPORTING TO: President/CEO Job Description: Senior Sales Representative – Managed IT, Security & Telecommunications As a Senior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and closing new business opportunities with new clients across Logical Net’s full portfolio of Managed Security Services (MSSP), Managed IT Services (MSP), and telecommunications solutions. This role is advisory in nature and focused on understanding client business needs, aligning technology solutions to those needs, and guiding prospects through the buying process with confidence and clarity. You will engage with prospective clients through various forms of outbound outreach, meetings, referrals, and relationship-building efforts, positioning Logical Net as a trusted technology partner rather than a transactional vendor. Success in this role requires the ability to identify opportunities across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, connectivity, voice, and cloud communications, and to coordinate internal resources to deliver well-structured, value-driven proposals. You will work closely with engineering and vendor partners to design solutions that meet performance, reliability, security, and budget requirements. In addition to Managed IT and cybersecurity services, this role includes selling telecommunications and connectivity solutions by leveraging Logical Net’s extensive partner ecosystem. This includes fiber and internet connectivity providers, carrier services, and cloud-based voice and unified communications platforms. Key Responsibilities • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across MSP, MSSP, connectivity, and communications solutions • Conduct discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, and existing environments • Position Logical Net as a long-term technology partner through consultative, solution-oriented selling • Sell internet connectivity, fiber, and carrier services through partner relationships (e.g., Crown Castle, FirstLight, Verizon, Spectrum and others) • Sell VoIP and UCaaS solutions through leading platforms (e.g., 8x8, RingCentral, Vonage, Sangoma, NuCloud, and others) • Collaborate with sales, engineering and internal teams to design, price, and present solutions • Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, from initial contact to close • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting within CRM systems (HubSpot). What Success Looks Like • Consistent pipeline development and closed revenue across IT, security, and telecom services • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients built on trust, responsiveness, and expertise • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across Logical Net’s service portfolio • Professional representation of Logical Net’s brand, values, and partner relationships Requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of relevant business and productivity software (i.e., Microsoft Office, CRM platforms) • College degree is a plus; however, we value relevant work experience and skills • Minimum of 5 years outbound sales experience in technology related fields
