DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Representative to join our esteemed team. This role is pivotal in developing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales revenue, and contributing to the overall growth of our organisation.
The successful candidate will focus on both inbound and outbound sales activities, generating leads, managing opportunities, and closing orders.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and qualify sales leads through effective prospecting techniques
  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Focus on both new business acquisition and expanding existing relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer issues
  • Use CRM software to manage and track sales activities, pipeline and customer interactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitors’ offerings
  • Opportunity to visit dealers in the local region
