SALES TEAM MEMBER KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 years experience in a sale role, preferably in the Tile & Sanitary Ware Industry.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full Irish Driving License - Preferred
  • Interest in Interior Design and a flare for design
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding weekly & monthly targets.
  • Fluency in English - Written & Spoken
  • Knowledge of Computer Software such as Word, Excel & Intact.
  • Experience in dealing with customers on a one to one basis.

Responsibilities

SALES TEAM MEMBER ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Offering best-in-class service to our customers including, expert advice on our products efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining the highest standards of store presentation & cleanliness.
  • Managing point-of-sale processes, including cash, card & credit transactions.
  • Loading and unloading bathroom ware & tiles.
  • Respond to sales enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Providing customers with information such as stock availability, products, pricing, and lead times.

SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide customers with information on stock availability, pricing, lead times, and product specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify customer needs and recomend suitable products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Ensure displays are well stocked, visually appealing, and aligned with Company Merchandising Standards.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting stock checks when required.
  • Ensure all transactions are processed efficiently and in line with Company Policies.
  • Handle customer invoicing and process refunds or exchanges as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishments.
  • Support and mentor Junior Sales Representatives, sharing product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to achieve store targets and objectives.
