Are you an experienced sales professional looking to advance your career in the FMCG industry? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on trade channels and merchandising excellence.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of experience in the FMCG sector and have at least 5 years of sales exposure. They should demonstrate strong skills in merchandising and inventory management. Proficiency in English at the B1 or B2 level, along with computer literacy, is essential. A valid UAE driving license is also required. Furthermore, effective people management and negotiation skills are crucial for success in this role. On a personal level, the candidate should be proactive, organized, and a team player, with a strong sense of integrity and trust, and excellent interpersonal communication abilities. A minimum of 12 years of education is necessary to meet the educational requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets in the assigned area and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage LPOs, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with logistics.
  • Supervise and optimize merchandising team activities, ensuring adherence to Arla standards.
  • Implement and facilitate in-store marketing activities and maintain product visibility.
  • Maintain stock levels and prepare Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs).
  • Collect payments within stipulated timeframes and report daily activities to the Sales Supervisor.
  • Drive responsibly and maintain company vehicle standards.
  • Develop strong relationships with key outlet representatives and act as a vacation replacement for merchandisers.
