Description

A great UHY client is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities.
The Senior Sales Representative role is an onsite position, but it will involve some travel to client sites. This is a client direct hire position.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sectors.
  • Must be able to build and lead a team.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven to meet goals.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Skilled in presenting company capabilities to prospects.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Background in manufacturing or automotive preferred.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (especially roll forming) is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations professionally.
  • Create and present technical presentations to prospective customers.
  • Present company capabilities clearly and align with customer needs to generate opportunities.
  • Report regularly on lead generation, conversions, and pipeline growth.
  • Use multiple outreach methods (calls, emails, social selling) to engage prospects.
  • Focus on lead generation and qualification.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for leadership.
  • Communicate the company’s value proposition, highlighting internal expertise and quality.
  • Travel locally and throughout the state as needed.
