TruSmile Dental Lab is hiring experienced Senior Sales Representatives-Dental Lab in Ontario and Alberta. POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Senior Sales Representative- Dental Lab, you will play a key role in driving growth for TruSmile by:

  • Building and managing strong relationships with dental clinics (independent practices, small groups, and large clinic networks).
  • Acting as the main liaison between clinics and our operations team to ensure seamless order handling and client satisfaction.
  • Developing new market opportunities and expanding TruSmile’s client base within Ontario and Alberta.
  • Demonstrating strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to handle objections effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in dental laboratory sales or business development; must have.
  • Strong network and established relationships with dental clinics and clinic groups.
  • Must have a dental lab background and be able to provide a portfolio of past accounts or achievements.
  • Degree in dentistry, dental technology, or a related field is preferred (other relevant education may be considered).
  • Exceptional business negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to open new markets and grow client bases.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities within the dental sector.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary account manager.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Provide sales reports, forecasts, and portfolio updates to management.
  • Represent TruSmile at industry events, trade shows, and professional meetings.
