JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Paving Team in the Global Construction and Infrastructure Division is seeking a talented Senior Sales and Service Representative for the Southern district of Latin America. This role focuses on achieving market share targets and service growth for Caterpillar Paving model families.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree, preferably in Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Experience in Sales
• English Pre-Advanced

• Manage dealer relationships to market products and services while enhancing dealer sales capabilities in assigned territories.
• Design and assist dealers with forecasts, sales strategies, and new product rollouts.
• Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Adhere to business process guidelines for variance programs and commercial actions.
• Present products and services to stakeholders, addressing customer questions and needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to fix product defects for end users in partnership with dealers.
• Act as a consultant, alongside the dealer, for Paving customers – including visits to their jobsites.
