Sales Specialist work focuses on creating, implementing and reviewing the strategy for the service segment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in Power/Energy/Electrical
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in relevant companies from Energy Sector
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • Good communication skills and strong team spirit
  • Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
  • Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
  • Seriousness and accountability
Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sells Hitachi Energy products, services and solutions to customers, focusing on volume and profitability targets for assigned segment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, in order to understand their needs, promote their complete offer of products / systems / services and offer solutions.
  • Draws up sales plans using the company’s tools. Periodically reviews the status and proposes remediation/improvement plans in case of potential deficiencies.
  • Brings added value for the client and Hitachi Energy Romania SRL and ensures successful results of transactions, contracts and offers by using efficient sales techniques.
  • Provides customers with effective marketing activities and valuable offers.
  • Identifies and leads the development of new opportunities in the designated market and ensures knowledge sharing and cross-collaboration.
  • Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when necessary.
  • Prepares bids according to Hitachi Energy’s process and procedures.
  • Ensures the appropriate technical and financial aspects of the offerings, including pricing and trading conditions.
  • Ensures that contracts are executed correctly and that deliveries are made on time and with agreed costs, with the assistance of administrative sales support.
