ABOUT THE ROLE

Rippling is looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst, Product Sales to support the success of our Sales organization across all Rippling products. You’ll play a critical role in helping to drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell, and post-sales performance across our suites of products.
This role is both analytical and operational; you’ll spend your time reporting on and diagnosing the state of the business, while also building operational plans and working cross-functionally to execute strategic initiatives. The scope of this role spans multiple product lines and segments, offering a unique opportunity to influence the trajectory of a high-growth, multi-product sales organization.
The ideal candidate is analytical, strategic, and execution-focused, with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and can operate both independently and collaboratively.
This is a high-impact role with broad visibility, offering the opportunity to shape critical initiatives across Rippling’s diverse product portfolio.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the annual planning process with building operational plans, including sales targets, headcount plans, and resource allocation
  • Build reporting and dashboards on key performance metrics to keep a pulse on the business and inform decision-making
  • Support the weekly forecasting process
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the Sales organization
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product and Marketing leaders to define and refine sales strategies across Rippling’s product lines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Sales to ensure alignment and execution
