Senior Sales & Support – DACH Region (Fluent German Speaker)

We’re looking for a Senior Sales & Support professional to manage and grow our presence in the DACH region. You’ll be the spider in the web, supporting the Sales Manager Germany and collaborating closely with your Sales Support colleagues to ensure smooth processes, excellent client experiences, and commercial success.

• Handle day-to-day communication with clients across the DACH region
• Prepare and process quotations and orders
• Follow up on open proposals and ensure timely closure
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, offering practical and technical support
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Provide after-sales service, including managing returns (RMA)
• Assist dealers and internal sales with the use of our dealer portal
• Proactively manage your own assigned accounts (“house accounts”)
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
• Perform regular follow-ups on outstanding invoices
