Description

What We Need
Corpay is looking for a Sales-focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our high-performing Human Resources team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you’ll take the lead in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent across the organization—especially in high-impact, quota-carrying roles like Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, and Sales Leadership.
You’ll partner closely with Sales leaders and executive stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruiting support across multiple lines of business. This is an excellent opportunity to help shape Corpay’s growing salesforce and fuel our revenue-generating engine.
How We Work

This is an in-office position located in Brentwood, TN. To set you up for success, Corpay will provide:

  • Company-issued equipment
  • Assigned workspace in office and support for home office setup
  • Hands-on onboarding and sales-recruiting-specific training

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, from SDRs to senior field reps and sales leaders
  • Strategically source and engage passive sales talent via cold outreach, referrals, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job boards, and social media
  • Conduct thorough intake meetings with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, success profiles, and team dynamics
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates using sales-specific frameworks (e.g. track record vs. quota, hunting vs. farming experience, pipeline generation, etc.)
  • Present qualified candidates with clarity and speed, offering insights into sales metrics and cultural fit
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Corpay’s sales culture across the talent market and recruiting channels
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales talent for current and future openings
  • Provide hiring managers with training and best practices for interviewing and sales talent evaluation
  • Partner on sales workforce planning, diversity hiring strategies, and talent market intelligence
  • Leverage our ATS (Dayforce) and CRM tools to manage requisitions, report on metrics, and track pipeline health

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on hiring sales professionals (inside sales, field sales, SDRs, sales leadership)
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume requisitions across multiple geographies or teams
  • Deep understanding of sales personas, sales cycles, and performance metrics
  • Skilled in sourcing passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
  • Experience supporting quota-carrying roles, including interview techniques tailored to sales (e.g. behavioral, situational, and performance-based interviewing)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both candidates and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Dayforce
  • Bonus points for PHR and/or AIRS certifications

Perks & Benefits

  • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage starting the first month after hire
  • Automatic 401(k) enrollment (subject to eligibility)
  • Generous PTO: vacation, sick, holidays, volunteer days, and more
  • Employee discounts (wireless plans, gym memberships, car rentals, etc.)
  • Supportive, fast-paced culture with contests, recognition, and growth opportunities
  • Company-supported volunteerism and community engagement

Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and strive to provide an inclusive, accessible recruitment process. If you require accommodations, please reach out to our HR team
