WHO WE SEEK:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Systems Team reporting to the GTM System Architect. The ideal candidate will not only be technically proficient but also able to connect the day-to-day details and apply them to big picture thinking. We’re looking for someone who knows how to balance competing priorities and knows what it’s like to provide excellent customer service to our internal stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys diving deep into business processes, likes working cross-functionally, and can enjoy the day-to-day support that is needed from the business.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries and technical support; Additionally, providing support for integrations related to Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions for long term sustainability
  • Perform regular system maintenance including security, data maintenance, and user management settings
  • Assist in implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities including UAT and rollout activities
  • Collaborate with the team to understand the evolving nature of the salesforce platform and translate them into solutions
