As our Senior Salesforce Administrator, you won’t just manage the platform - you’ll lead its evolution, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and built to meet the changing needs of the organisation. Acting as the onshore platform lead, you’ll bring together business needs and technical capability, partnering closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to design smart, sustainable solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving a major platform uplift, working hand-in-hand with offshore development and architecture teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that stand the test of time. With leadership of a small team, you’ll set the standard for how Salesforce is governed, configured, and continuously improved. From reducing technical debt to strengthening platform performance and capability, your impact will be felt across the entire organisation — creating a platform that is not only reliable and secure, but a true enabler of innovation and growth. Key duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Lead the configuration and administration of Salesforce, including objects, automation, security, and data management Act as the onshore platform lead, guiding solution design and ensuring alignment with best practices Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to shape scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions Collaborate with offshore developers and architects to deliver high-quality, maintainable outcomes Co-own platform governance, including release management, environment strategy, and configuration standards Drive data quality, security, performance, and continuous platform improvement, including reducing technical debt Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of Salesforce Administrators, uplifting capability and standards About you: Skills and experience: Hands-on experience administering Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud). Experience working with development and integration teams in a delivery environment. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), and security model. Strong understanding of platform governance and best practices. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
