Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Salesforce team and support the growth of our business. We are looking for candidates based in Chile or India, to support our different regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key role will be to manage, maintain and develop our Salesforce platform and its integrations. Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Implement new and support existing integrations
  • Input into planning and execution of Salesforce related projects
  • Maintain existing system processes and continually improve/update existing documentation in Confluence
  • Work with business users to analyse their requirements then design, build, implement and document solutions in a maintainable and scalable manner – applying best SF practice and choosing, as far as possible, declarative solutions
  • Manage users – joiners, movers, leavers, day-to-day issues and support
  • Keep abreast of tri-annual Salesforce releases and, where appropriate, apply any new features and enhancements
  • Keep ahead of Salesforce decommissioning and new technical requirements
  • Work with any outsourced SF implementation partners (consultants) as may be engaged from time to time
  • Continually review platform security – monitor user permissions, data sharing and best practice across all related areas
