Senior Salesforce Administrator About the Role The Senior Salesforce Administrator serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Salesforce platform and provides end-to-end support across the organization. This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, including reporting and user support. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will also support the sales organization and coordinate Salesforce-related initiatives and projects as needed. Key Responsibilities • Act as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment • Manage configuration and customization, including workflows, custom fields, reports, dashboards, and automation • Provide day-to-day Salesforce administration and user support • Partner with sales and business teams to ensure Salesforce effectively supports operational and reporting needs • Troubleshoot issues, resolve user inquiries, and provide best-practice guidance • Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders on Salesforce-related projects Work Model- Remote We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
