Description

With us, you'll work at the intersection of agility and security: You'll benefit from fast decision-making processes, enjoy genuine creative freedom in your projects, and build upon the stable foundation of the Schwarz Group.

The mission: 30 centers, one platform, endless possibilities.

Our customer service isn't your average call center. With over 30 locations and a highly motivated team, we're bursting with ideas. Your role? You're the linchpin of our Salesforce Service Cloud. You listen, advise the business units as equals, and translate complex business challenges into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions.

You are the guide who ensures that despite maximum individualization and customization, we never lose sight of the common thread.

Your tasks

  • Solution Design & Consulting: You are a sparring partner for our specialist departments. You evaluate new ideas, question the status quo, and demonstrate what is possible with Lightning Flows, omnichannel, and AI support (Einstein, Cognigy).
  • Customizing with foresight: You build solutions that work in 30 centers. You juggle complex authorization models, individual layouts, and automated workflows.
  • Roadmap governance: With so many ideas, prioritization is everything. You help us decide what truly moves us forward and what would be technical baggage.
  • Release Management: You accompany new features from the first workshop through the sandbox to the go-live across the entire organization.

Your profile

  • Service Cloud Core: You not only know Salesforce from the textbook, but have already managed complex, highly customized environments (ideally in the service environment).
  • Consulting skillset: You can say "no" without offending anyone by suggesting better alternatives. You act as a liaison between technology and business.
  • Flow magic: You are confident in declarative development (flows are your tool), but you also understand when Apex or LWC are the better choice.
  • Love of structure: You maintain an overview even with 30 different stakeholders and document things in such a way that even after two years it's still understandable why we built something the way we did.
