QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with the salesforce platform
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within Wealth Operations or a related area.
  • Knowledge of Python/PySpark, Databricks, JIRA, Confluence; experience with PowerBI and Tableau is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills required to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Experience in process documentation and creating detailed process maps.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in Reporting, Data and Risk Governance or related roles in Business, Governance, Risk and Controls is beneficial.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Business Innovation & Transformation (BI&T) within Wealth Operational Excellence and Project Chassis, this role supports tasks related to enhancing the salesforce platform, as well as data analysis and reporting using salesforce data. The ideal candidate will be proactive, skilled in problem-solving, and possess strong communication abilities. Responsibilities include building reports/routing logic within the salesforce platform, and dashboards, report and process automation utilizing salesforce data. This role offers opportunities to make a significant impact on Wealth Operations while enhancing existing skills and acquiring new ones.
