• Key responsibilitiesWhat you will doDevelop and customize Salesforce OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards.
• Implement and optimize Industry CPQ processes, including product catalogues, pricing logic, and business rules.
• Configure and enhance Enterprise Product Catalog and Order Management capabilities to streamline service activation and delivery.
• Integrate Communications Cloud with external OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems using Salesforce APIs, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Support code reviews, QA testing, deployment planning, production troubleshooting, and long-term fixes.

• What we are looking forStrong hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity development.
• Good understanding of telecom domain processes, including product catalogues, order management, guided selling, and service activation.
• Experience working with integrations across Salesforce and telecom backend platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.
