Your tasks

• Integration of external systems into our system landscape via APIs, web services and other interfaces.
• Analysis, conception and development of holistic IT solutions in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
• Analysis, optimization, customizing and documentation of business processes in Salesforce, Parloa and related systems.
• Continuous optimization and automation of processes, data sets, data quality, and administrative settings across different departments.
• Creation of meaningful reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Parloa.
• Central contact person for all technical questions relating to Salesforce and Parloa.
• Recording, conceptualizing and implementing new specialist requirements together with the specialist departments – including the development of suitable solution concepts and customizing.
• Close collaboration with specialist departments as well as management and coordination of external service providers.
• Ensuring the availability, stability, and service quality of the supported applications.
• Creation of test concepts and test plans, as well as coordination and support of functional tests.
• Planning and control of releases, including resource coordination in consultation with the specialist departments.
• Support and development of key users as well as continuous improvement of user support.
• Creation and review of functional and non-functional requirements and specifications, as well as responsibility for the implementation of new processes, modules and features.
• Conducting process analyses, migration planning and documentation, as well as continuous optimization of processes along the customer journey.
• Technical project management for new and further developments, sparring partner for team, department and division heads, and conducting presentations and workshops at management level (e.g. steering committees and project meetings).
