As a Senior Salesforce Consultant (m/f/x), you are an expert in Salesforce implementation. You manage projects and support our clients, from startups and medium-sized businesses to large corporations. You lead a team of Business Analysts and Consultants, mentor your team members, and support their professional development. In the role of Senior Consultant and Team Lead, you contribute your strong communication skills, empathy, strategic thinking, and ability to provide constructive feedback to help shape the future of Salesfive.

Tasks

Take the lead of a growing consulting team
Lead IT projects in the Salesforce environment
Design and implement Salesforce solutions
Building and maintaining the network
Pre-sales support
Analyze and optimize workflows and business processes.
Customer support after project completion

qualification

You have a degree in a relevant field, preferably in IT.
You bring initial practical experience in the development and operation of cloud-based CRM solutions.
Ideally, you already have Salesforce experience.
Ideally, you have experience in project management and IT implementation.
You have excellent communication skills in German and English.
You possess analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and team spirit.
