About the Job The Salesforce Project Manager – Service Operations will be responsible for overseeing the operational execution, governance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce platform services. This role will act as the primary point of contact for service management, ensuring that Salesforce operations align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder needs. What you do Ensure smooth operations and governance of Salesforce services, adhering to enterprise policies and compliance requirements, and establishing governance structures for platform operations. Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring transparent communication with leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders. Monitor service performance, address escalations, and drive continuous improvements, serving as the primary contact for issue resolution and service-related inquiries. Lead Salesforce service transition projects, ensuring smooth onboarding, operational handover, and support for change management efforts with minimal disruption. Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for Salesforce operational initiatives, aligning with business objectives. Ensure efficient license utilization, tracking usage, and aligning with procurement guidelines; conduct periodic audits and reporting on license allocation. Work closely with procurement teams to facilitate renewals and contract negotiations, maintaining documentation and reporting frameworks for visibility on service performance. What you bring Strong knowledge of Salesforce operations, deployments, and governance best practices. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience liaising across business and IT teams. Ability to analyze service performance metrics and drive strategic improvements. Strong experience in project management. Solid hands-on experience working with Salesforce, including platform administration, governance, or consultancy. Preferred certifications are Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant or PMP. Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use.
