This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Min Experience: 7 years Location: Pune, Hyderabad JobType: full-time We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce CPQ Consultant (Lead) to drive the design, implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of Salesforce CPQ solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role for a CPQ expert who can take ownership of complex Salesforce environments, guide existing teams, resolve CPQ-related issues efficiently, and work directly with clients in a consultative capacity. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, strong exposure to Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and the ability to independently manage client expectations while ensuring high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Salesforce CPQ implementation and enhancement initiatives, including configuration, pricing rules, product rules, quote templates, and approvals. Act as the primary CPQ subject matter expert, guiding and mentoring the existing Salesforce team on best practices, architecture, and troubleshooting. Own and resolve CPQ-related tickets, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely closure and minimal business disruption. Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions, and provide ongoing advisory support. Drive continuous improvement of CPQ processes, focusing on automation, accuracy, performance, and user experience. Configure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud components to support sales, quoting, and post-sales operations. Perform Salesforce administrative tasks, including workflows, validation rules, security, roles, profiles, and reports. Design and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware where required. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and documentation requirements. Support UAT, production deployments, post-go-live stabilization, and ongoing system optimization. Required Skills & Qualifications 7–11 years of overall Salesforce experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ. Proven experience leading CPQ implementations and handling complex pricing, bundling, and approval scenarios. Solid working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong experience as a Salesforce Administrator, including configuration, security, and automation. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party system connectivity. Ability to work independently with clients, manage priorities, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Experience mentoring team members and providing technical guidance. Salesforce CPQ or Salesforce certifications are a plus.
