POSITION OVERVIEW:

InDev is seeking a Senior Salesforce CRMA Developer to join our elite team of Salesforce experts. In this role, you will be a self-starter responsible for gathering requirements directly from stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable analytics solutions, and delivering high-impact dashboards. You will design intuitive and interactive dashboards using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) and Tableau, leveraging your skills in data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), SAQL scripting, and visualization best practices. A key focus will be on delivering a user-friendly interface that allows for quick learning, seamless navigation, and ease of use in creating and viewing dashboards.
In addition to building analytics solutions, you will act as a lead and trusted advisor providing recommendations to guide the analytics product roadmap, training stakeholders to develop their own dashboards, and supporting a citizen-developer culture. Your role will be pivotal in ingesting structured data from multiple sources, integrating it effectively, and ensuring stakeholders have actionable insights to drive decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience implementing technical solutions in an Agile environment.
  • 8+ years of specialized experience
  • Proven expertise with Salesforce CRMA/Tableau CRM OR Tableau, and data visualization.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL (Recipes, Dataflows), structured data ingestion, and SAQL scripting.
  • Demonstrated success in building interactive, user-friendly dashboards aligned with business requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in a Federal environment, preferably Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and/or Transportation Security Administration (TSA)
  • Active DHS clearance, preferably with TSA
  • Additional Preferred certifications: Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional
  • Salesforce CRMA certification
  • 5+ years of experience focused on Salesforce development using Apex and Visualforce, 3+ implementing in Platform, Service and Experience Cloud
