Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location : Flexible in Europe - close to a Mars site
Type of contract : Permanent
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Deployment Manager to lead the rollout of Salesforce Lead to Cash solutions in Europe, starting with Poland. This role will focus on deploying key Salesforce capabilities, including B2B CRM, Field Sales Execution, Customer 360, and e-commerce solutions, ensuring adoption and process standardization across markets.
You will first join the team in France for training, before taking the lead on the Salesforce deployment in Poland. As the program expands, additional team members will be hired to support rollouts across other European countries.
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in Salesforce-driven digital transformation, working closely with regional teams and business leaders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of Salesforce Lead to Cash solutions across European markets, overseeing all project workstreams, from planning to execution.
  • Create and manage Deployment Plans, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within scope, on budget, and with the desired quality, while meeting key stage gates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with global and regional teams, collecting local market requirements, ensuring the core templates are adapted for legal, regulatory, and business-specific needs, in collaboration with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Global Process Owners (GPOs).
  • Lead Fit to Template sessions with stakeholders to review new systems and processes, gather feedback, and ensure solutions align with regional and business requirements.
  • Oversee data-related activities, including migration, cleansing, and integration, working closely with the Regional Data Lead and Data Transformation teams to ensure the integrity and seamless flow of data.
  • Drive change management efforts by planning and coordinating training, communication, and adoption activities, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and the system is fully integrated and adopted across regions.
