Within the Digital Sales Enablement (IESA) group of Enterprise IT, we develop solutions for our internal customers together with VOIS and external partners. In addition to the Enterprise business unit, we also provide customized solutions for customer requirements in Finance and Consumer. The Salesforce Center of Excellence pools the expertise needed to integrate Salesforce.com products into Vodafone's business processes and IT landscape.

What you can expect:

• As a Senior Salesforce Developer / Advanced, you are responsible for the operational management of Salesforce and support the IT design for complex business requirements in an agile team with experts from business, IT and VOIS.
• You independently conduct operational system analysis to analyze errors and performance problems, create the root cause analysis, and initiate measures to correct the errors. 
• You will develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flows, and integrate third-party tools and APIs.
• You administer and configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions by maintaining and customizing them.
• You will manage user roles, profiles, and security policies in close collaboration with our colleagues at VOIS.
• As part of the Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will continuously develop technical, commercial and methodological improvements based on agile working methods and implement the associated monitoring.
• You are the contact person and coordinate the collaboration between business units, IT partners and VOIS.
• You will coordinate closely with the management team and act as an IT consultant for the sales departments.

What makes you stand out:

• A completed degree in (business) informatics, engineering or mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in IT, (IT) solution design, software development with Salesforce or operational experience.
• Certifications from the Salesforce.com Sales Cloud application set you apart.
• Knowledge of the tools (TTWOS, ITSM, JIRA, Github …) is an advantage.
• Willingness to provide support and perform, for example, deployments outside of business hours.

• Above-average levels of methodological, social and leadership skills, especially in virtual teams with offshore developments in India & Hungary.

• Fluent German and business-level English skills, both spoken and written (C1 according to CEFR).

This position can be filled on a full-time or near full-time part-time basis (minimum 30 hours).
