Description

Ability to understand and analyse client needs, breakdown the problem and present solutions - both in Projects Delivery and Solution Consulting/Pre-Sales conversations Ability to lead a team of 6 - 8 people, especially in projects delivery. Ability to demonstrate solution concepts via demos/Proof-Of-Concept (POC) in 1-2 days | 1. End-to-end implementation experience (i.e. Requirements to Deployment) across both: Sales, Service Cloud Experience with Data Migration Experience developing using SQL, JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, HTML, and XML Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and SQL. 1. Preferred: Candidates with relevant Salesforce Certifications: Admin, PD1, PD2 Experience with Agile Project methodology | Bachelor's Degree (BSc / B.Com / BE / B.Tech) /MBA Design, configure, develop, document, test, and implement solutions on the Salesforce.com platform, including integrations with third party applications and other tools. Develop coding standards and provide guidance to software developers. Participate in cross functional team communication and knowledge sharing activities. Implementing platform end-to-end, including data conversion and post-production support and troubleshooting
