Responsibilities

Your role includes:

  • Meeting with project owners to determine CRM needs
  • Participate in design conversations and administer world-class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation, specifically in the area of Financial Crime
  • Leading the growth of Salesforce within the remit of the client servicing domain
  • Designing/creating workflows/case management and integrating with 3rd Party SaaS systems
  • Troubleshooting and fixing bugs
  • Writing documents and maintaining “Wiki” architectural catalogue
  • Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and product

To excel in this role, you’ll also need:

  • Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer who has a strong understanding of Apex and coding standard, and have worked in a regulated industry for a minimum of 5 years
  • Comprehensive understanding of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve high-level issues.
  • Preferred experience of:
  • Conga CPQ
  • Preferred experience of GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling.
  • Jitterbit or similar IPaaS
  • Docusign and Doc Ge
