ABOUT JOB CUBE84 is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a total of 5-8 years of experience to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our customers. We're looking for someone with a deep understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Core Salesforce Development. Your experience in integrating and deploying AI-powered agents, data streams, and real-time customer profiling will be valuable assets to our team. SKILLS & QUALIFICATION * Experience with Agentforce and AI-powered agents, including designing, configuring, and deploying autonomous agents in a real enterprise environment. This expertise will enable you to create intelligent, proactive solutions that drive customer engagement and satisfaction. * Proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, including configuring and managing data streams, building and maintaining data graphs, and creating calculated insights and streaming insights. Your knowledge of Data Cloud will help you to unify customer data across various sources and provide real-time insights to inform business decisions. * Strong knowledge of Core Salesforce Development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Web Runtime, Salesforce Flows, OmniStudio, SOQL, and SOSL. This foundation will enable you to extend Salesforce functionality, automate business processes, and develop scalable, maintainable solutions. * Experience with integration and APIs, including REST and SOAP API design, consumption, and error handling, as well as named credentials, external credentials, and auth provider configurations. Your ability to integrate disparate systems will facilitate seamless data exchange and enhance business efficiency. * Proficiency in DevOps and delivery, including Salesforce DX, source-driven development, Git version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipeline experience. Your expertise in DevOps will enable you to deliver high-quality solutions quickly and efficiently, while ensuring reliability and scalability. * Strong business acumen, including the ability to ask the right questions, understand the why behind requirements, and push back constructively when needed. Your ability to extend agent capabilities will facilitate innovative solutions that meet business requirements. * Work with the Agent Testing Center to validate agent behavior, test edge cases, and ensure quality before deployment. Your attention to detail will ensure that agents are thoroughly tested, reducing the risk of errors and improving customer satisfaction. * Integrate Einstein Copilot and Copilot Actions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Your expertise in integration will enable seamless data exchange and enhance business efficiency. * Build and manage reusable Prompt Templates using Prompt Builder for generative AI use cases across the org. Your ability to create reusable templates will facilitate efficient development and reduce the risk of errors. * Ground Agentforce agents with Data Cloud context, enabling agents to respond with accurate, real-time, customer-specific information. Your knowledge of Data Cloud will help you to unify customer data across various sources and provide real-time insights to inform business decisions. * Configure and manage Data Cloud data streams, connecting CRM data, external sources, web/mobile engagement data, and third-party systems into a unified customer profile. Your expertise in Core Salesforce Development will enable you to create scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business requirements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders, to design and deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
