Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer with 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Salesforce platform development, customization, and integrations, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Flows, and other Salesforce technologies. Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical discussions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring system stability and performance. Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment plans. Collaborate with administrators, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers throughout the project lifecycle. Follow Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes. Required Qualifications 2.5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Salesforce Security Model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules) Integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Experience working with Git and CI/CD tools. Understanding of Salesforce deployment and release management processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Salesforce clouds beyond Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, such as: Field Service Experience Cloud Marketing Cloud Health Cloud Financial Services Cloud Education Cloud CPQ Data Cloud Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, etc.). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft or similar middleware tools
