Description
  • Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Aura Components, Apex, and Lightning technologies.
  • Build reusable and scalable components aligned with business requirements.
  • Design and implement customizations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Develop and support integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support application enhancements.
  • Create and maintain technical design and deployment documentation.


  • Technical Expertise RequirementsMinimum of 8-1 years of experience in IT, with at least 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Development and Aura Components.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce.
  • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
  • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing models.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.


  • Essential:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • ADDITIONALBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus).
